Flow's women's bindings are not dramatically different from the men's, subtle differences are enough to make the ride much more comfortable. The Highbacks in general use a lower glass content for a softer flexing binding relative to the men's. The Highback is also a bit shorter to fit the lower boot heights. There is nothing worse than getting a new binding and having it drill a hole in the back of your calf with every heel-side turn.
